Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer the following shipping options sorted by preference:

  • Blue Dart — Our primary delivery partner. If BlueDart doesn't serve your pincode, we use one of the other couriers below.
  • DTDC
  • Professional Courier
  • Delhivery

We have also partnered with logistics platforms like Shiprocket, iThink Logistics & Pickrrr Logistics to provide the best and fastest delivery service to our customers.

Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 2 PM (Monday to Sunday) are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be dispatched the next day. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be shipped on Monday or the next business day.

Pre-orders

Some items are available for pre-order while new production is completed. Pre-order items are clearly marked on the product page with a ship-by date. The following terms apply:

  • Full payment is collected at checkout. Cash on Delivery is not available for pre-order items.
  • The ship-by date shown on the product page is the date by which your order will leave our warehouse. Standard delivery (3-7 business days) begins from that date.
  • You may cancel a pre-order at any time before dispatch for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  • If we cannot meet the stated ship-by date, we will contact you before the date and offer the option to wait or receive a full refund.
  • Same-day dispatch does not apply to pre-order items.

Delivery Address

If you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us immediately to change the address before we ship your order. We are unable to modify the delivery address once the order has been shipped.

Shipment Time

All orders are processed within 48 hours. Products will be shipped to you within 3–5 days. Approximate shipment times are indicative and may vary depending on product availability and other factors.

Transit Risk

All orders sent by Belford England are fully covered during transit at no extra cost to you. In case of a lost order while in transit, we shall re-process the order.

Tracking Your Shipment

Once your package is handed to the carrier, we will send you an email with the courier's website details, tracking number, and expected delivery date. Please note that tracking numbers may take up to 24 business hours to become active.
